Signed, Sealed and Delivered

We have just posted off our contract and deposit cheque (thanks Mum and Dad!) to confirm the booking for our wedding at Coombe Abbey next April. How exciting! We've also made an appointment at Worthing Registry Office (they are very busy people) to go and see them when we return from holiday in September. Looks like it's all going ahead then!

We had a busy weekend what with going up to Coventry to see the venue. We also went to the Eastbourne Air Show on Sunday which was really good. It's a free air show off the coast, you take along your folding chairs and a picnic and sit on the beach and watch the planes. It's so well timed that as one disappears stage left another appears stage right. We saw the Red Arrows which I always enjoy, and various other impressive planes. Also had time for a short nap in the sunshine, which was very pleasant.

Now we're just concentrating on our final holiday planning. We're going to Canada on the 1st September for 2 1/2 weeks, flying into Vancouver and doing a driving tour around encompassing many national parks, including Banff and Jasper. Really looking forward to it! Let me know if you have any tips!
